About Paul Williams and the Victory Trio

Bluegrass gospel at its best. Paul Williams started his career with Jimmy Martin in the 1950s and wrote many bluegrass standards that have been recorded by countless bands over the years. Paul Williams truly is a living legend in the bluegrass world. It is the norm for Paul Williams and the Victory Trio to receive standing ovations and encores at their heart felt performances.

About the Kruger Brothers

Born & Raised in Switzerland, Jens and Uwe Kruger have been performing professionally since 1973. After playing for twenty years throughout Europe in various styles and venues, Uwe on guitar and Jens on banjo, the brothers invited bassist Joel Landsberg to join them, and the three musicians formed the acoustic trio audiences around the world know as the Kruger Brothers.

About Wise Old River

This acoustic trio brings together a variety of influences and instruments that blend tradition with originality. The group features vocalist/guitarist Jamen Denton (formerly of Virginia Ground who received recognition as best male vocalist, band, and album of the year from GoTriCities.com in 2005). Jeanne Denton provides well-crafted harmony vocals while Jim Denton adds lap steel, 12 string slide guitar, and bouzouki to the mix. Their sound has been described as "Eclectic-Americana with an original twist." However, the band prefers the term "Alternative Americana."

About Ethan Ferguson

Ethan’s love of music started at about age 6 and developed through his interest in trains, he would see train shows on TV and comment on how much he liked the music. He took particular interest in the fiddle and, upon recommendation from a friend, started taking lessons from an 80 year-old fiddler at the age of 7. At 10 years old, he heard the Carter Family for the first time and he took note of Mother Maybelle playing the Autoharp. In his short career, he has played at the Carter Fold, Louie Bluie Festival, Appalachian Fall Homecoming, Big Ridge Bluegrass Festival, Ciderville Farm and Home TV show, Tennessee Valley Barn Dance, and various fundraisers bringing awareness of the need to cure Type 1 Diabetes.
