Do you offer tours of the theatre?
Impromptu tours are available during business hours and by appointment. For motorcoach and other large groups, special event tours can be scheduled. Contact the box office for more information.

What is the seating capacity of the theatre?
The Lincoln Theatre has 484 seats and our maximum capacity is 500 patrons.
What time do the doors open?
Seating begins 45 minutes prior to the show unless otherwise noted on the ticket. Lola's at the Lincoln, our box office and gift shop, opens no later than 11 AM on performance days. Will-call tickets are available for pick-up inside of Lola's.

Can I choose my seats?
Most performances at The Lincoln are reserved seating and seats may be chosen at the time of your reservation. Some performances offer General Admission seating and patrons may choose their seats when they arrive. Seating format will be notated on the ticket and at the time of your reservation. Please note that late arrivals are not guaranteed reserved seats and may be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Are refreshments allowed in the theatre?
Only refreshments purchased inside Lola's at The Lincoln are allowed inside the theatre. No outside food or drink is permitted.

Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund?
There are no refunds or exchanges. All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to use your purchased tickets, you may donate them to The Lincoln Theatre. Ticket donations are tax-deductible but must be arranged prior to the performance.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift Cards may be purchased in any dollar amount and may be printed at home for immediate delivery. CLICK HERE to purchase gift cards.

Is The Lincoln Theatre available for rentals?
Yes! You can rent the theatre for concerts, seminars, theatre performances, weddings, and other special events.​​

Can I bring a concealed weapon into the theatre? Is tobacco use allowed?
​The Lincoln Theatre is a DRUG-FREE, TOBACCO-FREE, and WEAPON-FREE venue. Patrons who do not follow our policy will be asked to leave.

Is The Lincoln Theatre handicap accessible?
Yes, the theatre is accessible to people of all abilities. The only part not accessible to patrons with mobility issues in the balcony. There is not an elevator to the balcony. Our handicap-accessible bathroom is located in the lobby.

Is photography allowed during an event?
During most events, you are allowed to photograph, without a flash, during the performance. If photography is not allowed, an announcement will be made prior to the event starting. Videotaping is NEVER allowed.
Please be advised The Lincoln Theatre may film or take still photos at any event at the venue for venue promotional, marketing, security, or archival uses. Your attendance indicates that you agree to appear without compensation, in any and all media now known or later devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, including in advertisements and promotions.
